Sous un mandat d’Aspirante FNRS, Zoé mène une thèse de doctorat consacrée aux relocalisations planifiées comme stratégie d’adaptation aux changements climatiques. Supervisée par Amandine Orsini et Sylvie Sarolea, cette recherche combine les sciences juridiques et politiques. Elle s’intéresse aux processus d’élaboration et de mise en œuvre de ces relocalisations, ainsi qu’à certaines de leurs implications sur les droits humains.
Le projet s’appuie sur plusieurs exemples de relocalisations en Colombie. Dans ce contexte, Zoé entreprend un séjour de terrain dans le pays, prévu pour toute l’année 2025. Ce travail de terrain s’effectue parallèlement à un séjour de recherche à l’Universidad de los Andes, à Bogotá.
Zoé est diplômée d’un master en droit public et international et d’un master en relations internationales, obtenus à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles en 2022. Au cours de ses études, elle a eu l’opportunité d’effectuer un Erasmus à l’Université de Sussex, en Angleterre. En 2023, elle a également obtenu un master de spécialisation en études de genre.

Under an FNRS Aspirant mandate, Zoé is pursuing a doctoral thesis on planned relocations as an adaptation strategy to climate change. Supervized by Amandine Orsini and Sylvie Sarolea, her research bridges legal and political sciences. It focuses on the processes of elaboration and implementation of these relocations, as well as some of their implications for human rights.
The project is based on examples of relocations in Colombia. In this context, Zoé is undertaking fieldwork in the country throughout 2025. This fieldwork is carried out alongside a research stay at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá.
Zoé holds a master’s degree in public and international law and a master’s degree in international relations, both obtained from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2022. During her studies, she had the opportunity to complete an Erasmus exchange at the University of Sussex in England. In 2023, she also completed a specialized master’s degree in gender studies.
